Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Sassy Sosa, we take pride in offering high-quality beauty products rooted in Ayurveda. To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, we follow a strict No Cancellation & No Refund Policy. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
We begin processing orders immediately after confirmation to ensure timely delivery; hence, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our beauty and skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases.
We ensure that all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please refer to the section below.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
Provide clear images/videos of the damaged item along with your order details.
After verification, we may offer a replacement for the damaged product at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
Wrong Product Received
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with necessary proof (images/videos).
We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you after verification.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or replacements for minor packaging damages that do not affect product quality.
Personal dislikes, allergic reactions, or change of mind will not be considered for returns or refunds.
